Full Recipe is on BrewersFriend but here's the TL;DR:
- 2020-10-25: Brewday
- Malts: Munich, Pale Chocolate
- Hops: [Magnum] (Saphir)
- Yeast: W34/70 (Weihenstephan)
- OG: 12.8°P; FG: 3°P; ABV: 5.3%
- 2020-10-26: keg secondary/conditioning
- 2020-10-30: moved to keezer
Grains: Munich I with a touch of pale chocolate
Floor Manager Steve is tuckered out.
Mash temp
Brew session beer: Obligatory snow stout - River North BBA Sandman
Hops: Magnum at FW and Saphir late boil/flameout
OG looking like 12.8°P
Away we go
2020-11-14 (+20): Went for cask(keg)-conditioned and serving from the nitro tap for that 'fresh from the cask' experience. Taste is nutty with a firm bitterness and slight bit of sweetness in the finish. Like a Märzen that hasn't fully lagered yet.
2020-11-29 (+35): Another pour shot. bit more clear now. Tasting nice and clean with solid malty character.
