Away we go...

2019-10-20 (+36): Full pour after resting in the keg for a couple of weeks with gelatin. Clearing up nicely. Tastes like... a Tripel! Spicy and dry. Dangerously drinkable for 9.5%.

2019-11-8 (+55): Full pour, full clarity, and cat.
