BJCP Style: 7A - Vienna Lager
I don't think I've had an actual German Vienna Lager. The style is apparently somewhere between a Helles and Märzen (closer to a Helles) rather than the darker amber version we see in the states (closer to Märzen). I always thought of Negra Modelo as a "Mexican Vienna" lager, but now I believe it is more of a Dunkel. I'm going for a lighter amber color in this one with a small addition of pale chocolate; most of the character from this beer will come from the Vienna base malt.
Full recipe is on BrewersFriend but here's the TL;DR
