I've made this before but steered it more in the direction of a bitter which I enjoyed. This one follows the guidelines for an American Blonde Ale with all Centennial hops.
Recipe is based on an old classic originally posted in the home brew talk forums by user BierMuncher in 2007. Check my recipe (linked below) for tweaks I made to the original.

- brew day: 2018-3-3 (2nd brew of the day)
- Malts: 2-row, Munich, Honey
- Hop: Centennial
- Yeast: SafAle S-04
- OG: 1.044, FG 1.010, ABV 4.5%
