8A - Munich Dunkel

BJCP Style: 8A - Munich Dunkel

BJCP:
Deeply bready-toasty, often with chocolate-like flavors in the freshest examples, but never harsh, roasty, or astringent; a decidedly malt-balanced beer, yet still easily drinkable.

Away we go! This was part of a 4 brew weekend during which I made all the German brews for this years Oktoberfest.

2019-8-18 (+21): uncarbonated sample. This got gelatin in the keg so it should lose its haze over the next couple of weeks

2019-8-21 (+24): Mostly clear sample - already tasting clean

2019-9-21 (+55): full pour. coming up on Oktoberfest in 1 week!
