First shot at Irish Red, but I've done so many English Bitters this wasn't too different. This latest batch of Maris Otter has been much lower than expected in efficiency. I had expected this to come out around 4.5-5% ABV but it only made it to 3.9%. Not a problem as the style guide starts at 3.8% and it tastes good.
Also using this as a Scottish Export which is essentially the same recipe with MO, c120, and pale chocolate for color.
